Meet the Team

Keely Needham CCAB
Keely has spent more than 20 years working with companion animals, and over that time she became fascinated by how they behave and interact with the world around them. A chance meeting with a Clinical Animal Behaviourist showed her what the role involved, and she knew straight away that it was the career for her.
In 2021, Keely graduated from Harper Adams University with a first-class honours degree in Clinical Animal Behaviour and Welfare. She went on to work as a behaviourist for a large, well-known dog charity, and then a Midlands based behaviour practice, during which she supported dogs of all breeds and backgrounds. She is a Certificated Member of the Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Clinicians and holds independent CCAB accreditation for dogs. She is currently working towards her independent feline accreditation.
Keely is passionate about understanding the complex needs of dogs who are struggling, and about helping them and their families build stronger, happier relationships. Her approach is calm, kind and practical, and she works alongside owners to find solutions that fit their everyday lives.

Bloss Stanyon-Jones RVN
Bloss qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2016, and her years in practice gave her a deep understanding of animal health and the close link between physical wellbeing and behaviour. Working closely with pets and their owners every day sparked her interest in why animals behave the way they do, and how they can best be supported.
In 2026, Bloss graduated from Harper Adams University with a first-class honours degree. She is a Candidate Member of the Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Clinicians and is currently working towards her CCAB accreditation in both dogs and cats.
Bloss brings a gentle, thoughtful approach to every case. Her veterinary background means she always considers the whole animal, and she works alongside owners to find practical solutions that help both pets and their people feel happier and more settled.
Our Approach
Health
Physical Well-being
We begin by ensuring your pet is physically healthy. A clinical veterinary referral is required to rule out any underlying medical conditions that might be causing worrying behaviour.
Environment
Safe Spaces
We look to manage environments and work with you to reduce unwanted behaviours. By creating a calm, predictable environment, we help your pet feel secure and reduce anxiety in everyday situations.
Routine
Consistent Cues
Consistency is key. We work with you to establish clear, positive cues and routines that your pet can understand, helping them feel more in control and less worried.
Emotions
Understanding Needs
Every pet has a unique emotional profile. We explore your pet's personality and history to find the most effective, relationship-based solutions for their specific needs.
