Policies
- Payment: All fees are due in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- Cancellation: A 7-day notice period is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If we are unable to accommodate a change within this window, the full session fee will be charged.
- Referrals: All behaviour cases require a veterinary referral. We will contact your vet to confirm the referral once we have received the completed form.
