Free
First Aid Call
Immediate support for emergency situations or behavioural crises. We provide clinical, force-free management advice and guidance to help you manage your pet's distress until a full consultation can be offered. Can be undertaken without vet referral.

Behaviour Consultation
A comprehensive, assessment covering health, environment, and routine. We develop a tailored plan to address worrying behaviour and build a stronger bond with your pet. Includes initial consult, two follow up sessions and 3 months WhatsApp/email support.

Follow-up Sessions
Additional sessions to monitor progress and refine our approach. We provide ongoing support to ensure your pet continues to feel calmer and more confident.

Vet Behaviourist Review
Sometimes, if there are suspected complex medical factors involved with a behaviour case we ask a Vet Behaviourist to review the case. They then provide specialist advice to your referring vet. We hold a review with the vet behaviourist, but they may also ask for additional details from you the client. We will discuss this option with you if required at the behaviour consultation/follow up.

Interactive sessions designed for owners and pet teams. We cover topics like puppy socialisation, anxiety management, and relationship-based training techniques. See social media for details of our upcoming events.
